On : 7.4.0.0.9 version, BEA Server

Orders are getting stuck in OSM COM Servers post OSM COM 74009 application patch

The customer observed the following issue several times [ 4 occurrences ] in Prod OSM COM servers. The immediate fix we have done is OSM COM server restart, But we need RCA and a more permanent resolution. The customer had OSM 74009 patch applied in COM on April 17 2023 and on April 18th we noticed this error occur in COM servers " this RJVM has already been shutdown "
