ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The All Projects Workspaces page is in a continuous state of loading.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The All Projects Workspaces page should load data without incident.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login as the impacted user.
- Navigate to the All Projects tab.
- Select Workspaces.
- Observe it doesn't complete loading.
