On NI 7.3.6.4.0 version, installation issue:

This issue was faced both while upgrading from NI 7.3.6.0 to NI 7.3.6.4 or direct installation of NI 7.3.6.4.

Unable to deploy NI cartridge due to mismatch in dependent UIM characteristics.
