RightNow Integration Master Configuration does not allow users to add more than 2 Navigation Keys

Oracle RightNow Integration Master Configuration does not allow users to add more than 2 Navigation Keys –

When adding Navigation Keys to the RightNow Knowledge Integration Master Configuration, a user is not able to add more than two search term configurations. Trying to save the 3rd navigation key results in the “Sequence is Missing” error.
