Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5.0.23.0 version, Rating,
Real time Authorize/Reauthorize/Termination requests triggered automatic billing (because it was first request in new month) and lots of PIN_ERR_STORAGE errors are observed in cm.pinlog and dm_oracle.pinlog during this issue. All BRM services were affected and denied to customers during this time.

Restarting all BRM processes also did not fix the problem.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On BRM 7.5PS23, initiate real time authorize/reauthorize/termination requests
2. Check whether the above mentioned "PIN_ERR_STORAGE " Errors are reported on cm.pinlog and dm_oracle.pinlog
