Wrong Cube Volume On PO Message (Doc ID 2972970.1)

Goal

On : 16.0.3 version, Procurement

The cube volume RMS is being sent on the PO file, it should be in Cubic feet, however it is sending the volume value in Cubic inches.
Requirement is to convert the cube volume from cubic inches to cubic feet.

The package being used PACKAGE BODY RMSMFM_ORDER.
