Goal
Adding an account to Automated Monitor Setup (AMS)
Tried to use the AMS functionality when there were already existing account hierarchies. When a new Discount Sharing Group (DSG) group is created based on a hierarchy it is created successfully. All the accounts are added. The problem arises when adding a new account to the hierarchy. It does not get added to the DSG group.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a parent account which is not associated with any service.
- Create a service account and add it to the hierarchy.
- Called PCM_OP_SUBSCRIPTION_SHARING_GROUP_CREATE to establish a DSG group.
- Create a new service account and added it to the existing auto group / hierarchy. The account is visible in the hierarchy, but it is not present in the DSG group.
