Data Source Is Populating As Undetermined In Discrepancy, Listings And Send To InForm Action Does Not Appear When Creating Discrepancies (Doc ID 2973092.1)

Symptoms

In the listings screen, for a column in a table within a particular data model, the data source shows up as Undetermined, even though the data came from InForm. When trying to issue a discrepancy, the Send to InForm option is not available in the action menu. The data lineage for the column does show that it goes all the way back to the InForm data model.
In another data model where this column came from, the data source shows correctly as InForm. When trying to issue a discrepancy, the Send to InForm option is available in the action menu.
