ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Change Application Status WS call displays 200 in response, but the application status is not changed.

Issue- "Change Application Status" WS call displays 200 in response however the application status is not changed due to Errors in Edits.

Due to incorrect response code, third party system has difficulty in interpreting if the call action was success or Failure.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

WS Response should not display 200 as the Status change action did not get complete due to Errors.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Opened an Application from WS.
2. Change application status, ws call displays 200 in response.

Due to this issue, users having WS issue.
