Symptoms

On PFT 8.1.1.1 there appear to be a few rules which do not have a “Credit” side in Output but on the backend there is a value being picked for “Scenario” in credit side.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
If credit shows in the PFT allocation UI, expect the corresponding FSI_M_ALLOCATION_RULE to have null or 999 (From Application Preferences) value for offset_sys_id.

There is no issue in allocation output.  The metadata table values are used for reporting purposes.
