JMS_BEA_UnitOfOrder Is Getting Lost As Messages Move To Fallout Queue
(Doc ID 2974126.1)
Last updated on SEPTEMBER 13, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Order and Service Management - Version 7.3.1.0.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
JMS_BEA_UnitOfOrder is getting lost as messages are moving to a fallout queue causing messages to be received out of sequence which causes issues with order processing.
For JMS responses from external systems where WebLogic unit-of-order setting is used, OSM fails to include that unit-of-order setting if the response must be forwarded to a different managed server, resulting in responses being processed by OSM in a sequence that is different than how
they were produced.
