Request Produce Service and Producer Update Service allow more char for Address1 and Address2

It is user understanding that our tables allow 80 char for ADDRESS1 and ADDRESS2, however when using the POST /common/producer (Producer Service) and PUT /common/producer (Producer Update Service) APIs the field has limitations of on 30 char and user would like to request this to be change to 80 char.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Producer with Address1 & address 2 with 80 character.
2. verify that Producer number.
