Incomplete Output From ECE When Calling OP_BAL_GET_ECE_BALANCES (Doc ID 2974652.1)

Goal

In a pre-production environment user tried to fetch balance which internally invoked PCM_OP_BAL_GET_ECE_BALANCES with below input at two different timings:

Request 01:

0 PIN_FLD_LOGIN STR [0] "<MSISDN>"
0 PIN_FLD_MODE ENUM [0] 1
0 PIN_FLD_POID POID [0] 0.0.0.1 /service/telco/gsm 351228971 16
0 PIN_FLD_START_T TSTAMP [0] (1693389422) 30/08/2023 12:57:02:000 PM

Request 02:

0 PIN_FLD_LOGIN STR [0] "<MSISDN>"
0 PIN_FLD_MODE ENUM [0] 1
0 PIN_FLD_POID POID [0] 0.0.0.1 /service/telco/gsm 351228971 16
0 PIN_FLD_START_T TSTAMP [0] (1693390400) 30/08/2023 13:13:20:000 PM

It was observed that the first request returned all balances as expected but the second request did not return all balances. What could be the reason for this behavior?
