Symptoms
When doing an fresh install of OFSAA 8.1.2, you get errors during the installation of OFSAA Infrastructure. Errors similar to the one below occur multiple times in OFSAAI822023_08_07_04_47_05.log.

[2023-08-07 16:53:42.083] [OFSAAI] [ERROR] - java.sql.SQLException: ORA-02391: exceeded simultaneous SESSIONS_PER_USER limit
The ORA-02391 seems to cause many more errors after the initial error occurs.
