Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When copying and pasting a project, the baselines do not get copied over to the EPS Structure.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy a project with the baseline check box selected.
2. Paste a project.
3. Observe the baselines do not get copied over to the EPS Structure.
