Does PDC Enhancement to Consume Allowances Before Charging Apply Also to Shared Allowance? (Doc ID 2974966.1)

As per new functionality delivered with Pricing Design Center (PDC) 12.0.0.8.0, it is now possible to create offerings that consume all free allowances before applying any usage charges.

Scenario:
a)customer account with a Free Units balance, head of a discount sharing group (DSG),
b) subscriber account, member of the discount sharing group, has his own resources but also access to customer account resources through DSG.
So for the subscriber there are two levels of Free Units available - his own and the shared Free Units from the shared group head account balances. The question is if the Free Units available from the head of the sharing group account can also be consumed in a charge

Does this new charging behavior apply also to allowance at sharer level (shared allowance)?
