Symptoms
On RMB v2.9.0.1.0, Deadlock and unique constraint error occurs while creating To Do's from batch execution in multithread mode.
We are getting below dead lock and unique constraint errors while creating To Do's from batch execution in multithreaded mode.
There was an issue in To do creation from C1FTRAN batches and received a patch - but this is happening with the patch fix applied as well.
Error 1: Caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (CISADM.SYS_C0074596) violated
Error 2: 16:20:58,321 [1] ERROR (org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper) ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
