ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User unable to load Contract setup as per "PisInstrument" passed in Contract PUT WS call

Contract Update WS do not have "Load Contract" action in WS. User provides the Contract /instrument name however does not have the accessibility to load contract setup for same.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should have option of loading Contract details from setup as per the instrument /contract code provided.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an application.
2. Bring the application to the contract stage.
3. Verify that the contract is loading, and details are populating.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users not able to load the contract via WS.
