T2T_KDD_CASE_ACCOUNTS failing in AML ECM batch as because  this issue is happening if any event is getting correlated with the same case (F_EXTEND_FLAG =TRUE), then this error comes while putting the same case-account combination data into KDD_CASE_ACCOUNTS table since that combination data is already available in that table
