ECM 8124-Send Emails Doesn’t Have Comment Option After Receiving Email (Doc ID 2975595.1)

Goal

In ECM 8124, after user receives email after clicking on "Send email", "Email Case Details" , "Email Case Details with Response Request" and "Email Case with Response Request"
action button, we don't see comment option in email we receive.

In 802 it is present to enter comments.

Simulation Steps:

1. Select a case and click on Take action button.
2. Select "Send email", "Email Case Details" , "Email Case Details with Response Request" and "Email Case with Response Request"
3. Received the Email to the mentioned Email Id.
4. But in the received Email, there is no comment box available in 812. Same is available in 802.
