Symptoms

The Program "Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud " Running Longer

NAV: Advanced Planning Administrator(R) - /View / Requests / Submit a new request -- choose "Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud" and set parameters for Shipment and Booking History Entity and launch.
It never completed, even after 2 days.

Ran SQL from Note 280295.1 - 8. Longops_check.sql - Good for monitoring long running SQL session where single SQL ID is taking time OR finding long running SQL on system

Ran SQL for 3 different attempts and SQL ID was different each time.

Standard RDBMS AWR did not capture the SQL in SQL statistics as expected, it appeared only in ASH report section where it suggests to run DBMS_SQLTUNE, And this diagnostic could not find the SQL_ID
