Sftp Authetnication Failure when running docgen script (Doc ID 2976153.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) the docgen.sh script is used to set environment variables and launching the pin_inv_doc_gen utility.

pin_inv_doc_gen utility creates, delivers, and stores your invoice documents in the BI Publisher Scheduler database.

 

There is a known issue when changing the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) authentication password, it causes a failure in the communication in between BRM and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), the generated error message looks like following:
