Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1.5 version,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A file placed in File Watcher folder has been detected and its status changed to 'SUBMITTED',
but there is no job triggered for loading this file.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that the file to be loaded after it was detected by the File Watcher.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add a file to the File Watcher folder.
2. Check if the file is detected and if a job is triggered for loading this file.
