Symptoms
When attempting to create a batch of telephone numbers in "Inventory Management > Telephone Numbers", an error message is displayed and indicates the numbers are not valid for the switch prefix (see text and image below).

The telephone number(s) you are attempting to create are not
valid for the {NBR}-{NBR} switch prefix. Please add the applicable
range in Application Setup.
