Symptoms

After applying Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Interim Patch 11 on top of 12.0.0.7.9 observed that BalanceQuery has issues. Multiple responses by Diameter Gateway (DGW) for one BalanceQuery EVENT_REQUEST are observed.
