File attachment not working from the CSAM UI.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access the application.

2. Go to Customer screening Alert list.

3. Click on the Attachments.

4. Upload the file.

Expected result:
The file should upload.

Actual result
 The file is not uploaded.
