Slee_acs Is Writing To Log Parsed Profile Block, Even If Debug Is Disabled (Doc ID 2976734.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OC-NCC/NCC) 12.0.6 environment, while debug is disabled for slee_acs, slee_acs is logging profile block/tag information in slee_acs.log.
Because of this, slee_acs.log ends up being ~200MB to ~250MB an hour.
This is also impacting product performance.
