Unable To Log Into Java Client With Admin User With Error "UNKNOWN ERROR" After Message "Change Password - Your login password has expired. Please provide a new password" (Doc ID 2977326.1)

Symptoms

Unable to log into Java Client with admin user after providing new password.

Error seen in Java Client window:
"UNKNOWN ERROR"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Export the Agile 9.3.5 database dump from production and import to the new Agile instance and upgrade to Agile 9.3.6 RUP24.
2. Start up application server successfully after resetting superadmin password
3. Try to login to JavaClient
4. Change password screen show up.
5. Give old password and new password
6. In case the new password is the password used before, gets error "This password has been used before"
7. In case the new password is the password never used in the past, gets error "UNKNOWN ERROR"


Changes

 Upgrade to Agile 9.3.6 RUP 24
