Symptoms

When applying any patchsets versions 22.12.1.0 through 22.12.8.0, in an EPPM environment using JDK 11.7.x and Microsoft SQL Server as the database backend, the upgrade fails during the Configurations Update with the following error:

ERROR

Failed updating configurations to latest version: Config Upgrade Failed. Please check the logs.
Failed rolling back configurations to earlier version: Config Upgrade Failed. Please check the logs (Rollback).
