Symptoms
The Oracle Clinicals Administration Guide- Page 15-4 indicates the following:
2. Create the installation reference codelists DISCREPANCY ACTIONS <user_group>
and DISCREPANCY STATUS <user_group>.
To do this, you can copy, paste, and edit the appropriate sections of the SQL script
that creates reference codelists. This script is RDCpopulatedata.sql in the install
directory.
The RDCpopulatedata.sql is not found in 4.5
