Symptoms

Steps to reproduce:

Access the application

Go to Queue Management

Open an alert

Click on next without taking any action

Actual Behavior:

Getting a popup with below error

Expected Behavior:

The next open alert in the same queue to be shown

Issue encountered:

"No Alert Cases available in the Queue".
