TMS Forms Login Screen: 'Username' Field Is Populated With A Value Which Starts With '{AES}' / 'Userid' in the 'Formsweb.cfg' File Was Also Modified.

Goal
i.
TMS Forms Login window: normally the:
- 'username' and 'password' fields are empty
- 'database' field contains the relevant database identifier
ii.
This time:
- 'password' and 'database' fields were empty
- 'username' field contained a string of random characters preceded by '{AES}' i.e.
iii.
formsweb.cfg file (located in the '$ORACLE_HOME\user_projects\domains\FRdomain\config\fmwconfig\servers\WLS_FORMS\applications\formsapp_12.2.1\config' folder) => [opa53] section changed as well:
- normally 'userid' contains '@<SID>' to fill in the 'database' field on the forms login screen
- this time the 'userid' field was filled with the same random characters string starting with '{AES}' at the beginning
