On : 11.3.1.19 version, Cycle

Following the deployment of v11.3.1.20 - CycleWeb-webspehere distribution and
attempted to run the one of the first job as part of core Cycle,
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the Patch Zip file.
2. Then created a patch using the following steps:
 - Create a branch out of the latest V11 branch.
 - Replace the CycleWeb.war in the existing project with the new CycleWebWebsphere.war(rename the file).
 - Replace arkv10.jar in location /arkv10-cycle-agent/web/lib with jar from project arkv10 location /arkv10/web/lib (build project arkv10 to generate the jar).
 - Build the project locally and commit the changes.
3. Deployed in to environment.
4. After deployment, run core cycle using control M.
5. The Issue was encounter when ran the job.
6. Also manually added the patch cycle war file and tested in cycle and it failed as well.
