Users Receive 'Invalid Character Found in the Request Target' Message Using Advance Search (Doc ID 2978446.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.19 version, Advanced Search

Following the deployment of OIPA under tomEE using Docker Image,
whenever users attempts to perform an Advance Search, the UI reports the following message.
The error is only reported when attempting the Advanced Search.
However searches from Home page - Search Bar are successful.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OIPA application.
2. Click on the Advance Search on top right hand corner of the Home Screen.
