Organizations Not Displayed In Org Security, ''No Orgs Defined'' (Doc ID 297863.1)

Symptoms

When accessing plans or the Planners Workbench (PWB), an error message appears "No Organizations Defined".

The customer had previously set up the instances and organization security and they were able to define and launch plans.
Now when they display the organization security window, the organizations are not displayed; the display is 'null'.

Navigation -> Advance Supply Chain Planner -> Names
error message "No organizations defined"
Advance Planning Administrator > Admin > Instances
Instance and Organizations are setup
Advance Planning Administrator > Admin > Organization Security
Responsibility = Advanced Supply Chain Planner
Assigned Organizations = 'null' (previously organizations were assigned)

Note: Running collections from a custom ASCP responsibility may not help.
It is recommended that Data Collection be run from the 'Advanced Planning
Administrator' responsibility to collect the organizations.
