Symptoms

Using the following steps, getting 504 Gateway Time-Out error.

1. Click the 3 dots icon of all of the Topics
2. Click Download
3. Select Excel spreadsheet (.xls)
4. Click OK

Have been able to perform this task for the last 3 years.

As of this morning unable to perform this task.

Of note, Planned Maintenance - Completed over the weekend.

Able to perform this task if selecting a different file type such as Comma-separated file (.csv)
