OSM CN issues

Customer observing two errors coming up repeatedly occurring in their CN instance, need help in fixing those.

1. getting error

[EJB:010160]Security violation: User weblogic has insufficient permission to access EJB type=, application=oms, module=osm-core-ejbs.jar, ejb=EventDispatcherBean, method=processEvents, methodInterface=Local, signature={java.util.Collection,java.util.Collection}.

Ques a: what groups do we need to add to the user weblogic so that we don't get this error?
Ques b: I don't see any document mentioning how to add groups to the user weblogic, would need the steps to add the group which is the answer of above question?

2. We are able to login to Task client however while trying to access the osmwebui, after entering login credentials getting 500 Internal Server Error.

<[ServletContext@1785994423[app:oms module:OrderManagement/orchestration path:null spec-version:3.1]] Root cause of ServletException.
oracle.adf.controller.ControllerException: ADFC-00011: The ADF Controller is unable to create an MDSSession. See exception for details.

We are not using SSL as of now but are planning to implement it later.

Ques c: I hope this error has nothing to do with SSL implementation.
Ques d: What is causing this error and how to fix it?
