Symptoms

JET UI screens not visible for regular roles

OHI Product: Oracle Health Insurance Claims Adjudication
OHI Version: 4.23.1.0.0

 

For a user with regular roles, claims screen , configuration screens, etc. are visible in ADF UI but these are not visible in JET UI. If the user is provided with all function access, then these screens are visible in JET UI.  The expectation is that even with regular user roles, all the screens should be visible in JET UI similar to what is seen in ADF UI.
