In our database, Demantra database user "DP" is assigned system privileges 'ADMINISTER DATABASE TRIGGER'.

1. What is the use\significance of assigning “ADMINISTER DATABASE TRIGGER” privilege to an user?
2. Can we revoke “ADMINISTER DATABASE TRIGGER” privileges from DP User?
