OEXPRAVA - Pricing And Availability Form Shows Error - No Sources Are Available, Global Availability not set up (Doc ID 297935.1)

Symptoms

Customer is doing a Pricing and Availability check on an item, they get "No Sources are available" message.

Navigation: Order Management Responsibility -> Orders, Returns -> Pricing and Availability

When they do the same inquiry from ATP Scheduling -> Availability from Sales Orders -> ATP Inquiry Source, and ATP Inquiry Destination
they do not get the same error messages.

Most of their sourcing rules are based on Org Category sourcing rules.

INV:Capable to Promise is set to ATP/CTP Based on Planning Output on both source and destination.

This also works for ATP Based On collected data

The following IMPORTANT profile options setups are correct and have the same assignment set assigned to them:
MRP:ATP Assignment Set (this is key profile for ATP based on Collected Data OR if NOT using ATP-able items)
MRP:Default Sourcing Assignment Set - primarily for Purchasing  /MRP - normally the same as other profiles.
MSC: ATP Assignment Set  - required for ATP based on planning output
-- ASCP - ATP Plan uses the same assignment set (for ATP/CTP based on planning output)
