DAP Node Not Working Well After NCC Upgrade (Doc ID 2980065.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OC-NCC/NCC) from 5.0.2 to 12.0.3, functionality filling password for Data Access Pack(DAP) user in CCSCD9_CHG request via global profile tag doesn't work anymore, despite configuration is the same as before NCC upgrade.

As per dapIF.log the password is obtained from profile tag correctly:
