On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, UT - Utilities

ILM - Batch C1-PECRL is generating errors due to lock

When running the batch C1-PECRL, ILM_DT of payment events and payments is updated with a throughput of 1000 records per second per thread. For 80% of the processed data, the data is not updated due to an SQL error.
