Symptoms


Interval Adjustment from Scalar VEE rule is estimating incorrectly for the interval IMD where intervals are spread over two partial Scalar IMDs


Scalar IMDs:
05-19-2022 10:45:00PM EDT - 05-20-2022 10:45:00PM EDT (Msrmt 192)
05-20-2022 10:45:00PM EDT - 05-21-2022 10:45:00PM EDT (Msrmt 96)

Interval Estimation:
05-20-2022 01:15:00AM EDT - 05-21-2022 01:15:00AM EDT (Estimated by total 192+96 scalar consumptions)

Complete consumption values of both the scalar IMD are used to estimate Interval IMD, instead of intervalizing the scalar data and use only those intervals that fall within the interval IMD's time period.
Also, estimation is not happening using straight line distribution method.
