Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.7.4.0, several ALM screens not showing after cloning:

1. Time buckets
2. Product Characteristics
3. Static Process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Did Atomic and Config schema migration and filesystem (FTPSHARE and PLATFORM directories) migration, and performed the post copy activities successfully.
2. Check ALM screens post clone.
