Due Date And Time Is Losing 4 Hours As Soon As The Alert Is Created (Doc ID 2982676.1)

Steps to Reproduce Problem
Step 1 : Configure due date for real time using CSADMIN user

Step 2 : Login as CSANALYST and open CSRT UI

Step 3 : Provide entity name and click on scan and investigate

Step 4 : Open the alert generated and check the due date time.

On : 8.1.2 version

Due Date and Time is losing 4 hours as soon as the alert is created

Customer has configured two types of Due Date and Time rules in CS: if the alert is real-time then the SLA is 3 days; if it's batch, then the SLA is 60 days.

However, we've noticed that as soon as a new real-time alert is opened, the Due Date and Time shows 2 days 19 hours and 59 minutes, i.e. 4 hours less than what's defined.
