Activity MultiFields 'HTTP Status 500' Error When Choosing Value >1 in ComboDisplay Field (Doc ID 2982869.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.1.24 version, Client Activity

When attempting to Add an Activity using MultiFields Business Rule (BR) and selecting a number greater than 1 in ComboDisplay,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Activity that uses a MultiFields BR.
2. Go to the Policy Activity Screen.
3. Click on Add Activity.
4. On the Activity Detail Screen select a number greater than 1 in the ComboDisplay Field.
