Symptoms

On : 16.0.1 version, What If

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User are not able to see what if summary after editing final allocation qty. Users cannot see the edits in the allocation in the What-If summary.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should suppose to see the what-if-summary edits in the allocation application

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a What-If allocation
2. Select item with proper store ranging
3. In the Policies screen, chose Manual as demand
4. In the Results section, set a number as final allocated value
5. Click Save
6. Click on What If Summary button
7. User sees the data for the PO to be created
8. Close the What-If Summary
9. Edit the Final allocated value
10. Click Save
11. Click on What-If Summary button
12. What-If Summary is now blank
