All DMT Screens and Batch Monitor View Log Screen Show Blank in OFSAA UI (Doc ID 2983440.1)

Symptoms

On AAI 8.1.1, the Data Sources is blank. Similarly Data Mapping, Post load changes, measures etc are blank too.  The batch monitor view log screen also appears blank.


For the Batch Monitor View Log blank screen, F12 developer mode shows HTTP 404.  The following error appears in the Weblogic Managed Server log:

The DMT screens do not show any error in any of the Weblogic deployed or admin log files. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Data Management Tools
2. Check any of the functions from Left Hand Side menu under DMT.
3. Open Operations -> Batch Execution, after selecting executed batch, click View Log link
