Error "An error occurred trying to login" and ORA-00933 when Login to OPA Hub (Doc ID 2983658.1)

Symptoms

While logging into the OPA Hub Manager with admin user getting Error:

"An error occurred trying to login" error and unable to proceed further.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After New OPA installation in Production
2. Try to login to OPA Hub

In Weblogic OPA Managed server log verified following errors:

<Test "select count(*) from ROLE" set up for pool "OPA_Hub_Datasource_opaprod" failed with exception: "java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Socket channel is closed".>

In OPA Hub log verified following errors:
