Narrative Screening In SWIFT MT707 Not Working Properly (Doc ID 2983700.1)

Step 1 : Post Mt707 payment 

Step 2 : Check if the payment processed without issue.

Issue Encountered : 

User facing some issues in narrative screening services when SWIFT MT707 messages are posted.

Memory consumption in EDQ servers increases up to 80-88%, and narrative screening does not finish - the messages are stored in DB (table FSI_RT_RAW_DATA) with null values in v_status_cd

v_retry_status columns and the messages are not retriggered.
